I can only, at this time, report progress, but in consultation with Dr. Barr, who was here yesterday, if certain improvements are made, such as were discussed by him and Clark Miller last night, X do not believe it will be necessary for the purchase of this spring at the present time and Dr. Barr concur# in this statement.
