We were compelled in settlement to give Mr Kuhn the right to remain upon his present location until such time as the land now occupied by the store building is needed by the railroad for townsite purposes, and agreed to give him sixty days notice of such requirement. The hay, grain, lumber and butcher shop together with the large 30 x 56 tent in which feed was stored was sold to Walter Bracken and J. W. Tuck at cost, price plus commercial freight to Las Vegan, less an allowance of $184.00, making total amount paid $2800.00.
