Smith Recommendation for Las Vegas Land and ¥ater Company authority to construct approximately 780 LF of 6" cast iron water mains to serve Block 6 of Noblitt Addition, Las Vegas, Nevada, at an estimated cost of §3,060,00, chargeable to investment,. The Stewart Ogden Apts., Inc. is developing Block 6 of Noblitt Addition, Las Vegas, Nevada, and has entered into private contract for construction of water mains at its own expense, upon understanding, subject to executive approval, the ¥ater Company will, pursuant to Nevada Public Service Commission Rule 9, make complete or partial refund of cost of water mains which is agreed to be the sum of |2,783.00. Request authority to enter into usual Refund Agreement with Stewart Ogden Apts., Inc. Approval of the Las Vegas Valley ¥ater District under provisions of Section 13, paragraph (b) of Agreement "C'^.D. 113^2 dated June 1, 1953# has been obtained. Mr. Bennett sees no legal objection.
