Mr* Ben Weing&rt of Charleston Park Mutual Homes is developing subdivision known as Charleston Park Tract Mo. 1, L&s Vegas, Nevada, and proposes to enter Into private contract for the construction of water mains and fire hydrant connections, at his own expense, upon understanding subject to executive approval, the Water Company will, pursuant to Nevada Public Service Commission Rule 9* make complete or partial refund of cost of water mains which is agreed to be the sum of $33,878.00.
