Sutton, Auditor Gentlemen: Your attention is called to the annual report of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company for the year ending December 31, 1951 filed with the commission on March 24, 1952. On page nine of that report you show an item of $158,580.33 with the only notation "Joint facility rents".
