1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 C O P Y P E R M I T to LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY PERMISSION IS HEREBY given and granted to Las Vegas AND & WATER COMPANY, a corporation of the State of Nevada, to nstall, lay down and maintain water pipe lines, water mains and 11 necessary and proper appliances used in connection therewith, r appurtenant thereto, in through, over, across, under or along 11 or any of the streets, alleys, avenues and highways of the City f Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, including Clark’s as Vegas Townsite, The Original Townsite of Las Vegas, and alia ou dditions, tracts and subdivisions now existing as port of said city, nd all additions^tracts and subdivisions which may hereafter be dded to said City of Las Vegas, or hereafter laid out or sub-ivlded, for the purpose of supplying the inhabitants of the City f Las Vegas with water. For said purposes the said permittee shall have the ight to make the necessary excavations in said streets, avenues nd alleys, providing said Permittee shall: (a) In all cases, after making an excavations in the treets, avenues or alleys, promptly restore such street, avenue r alley to its former condition. (b) Fully abserve all of the ordinances of said City f Las Vegas, now in existence, or which may hereafter be adopted.
