Mr. P. Rigdon: Referring to your memorandum of April 12th and returning herewith papers regarding increased compensation for employees of the Las Vegas Land & Water Company at Las Vegas, Nevada: I have prepared application form and am handing it to you herewith for your review and approval. It is incomplete with respect to Items 11 and 12. This information will of necessity have to be filled in by Mr. Bracken. The application should be signed by him and forwarded in five counterparts to United States Department of Labor, Wage and Hour Division, 417 H. W. Heilman Building, Les Angeles, California. In order to expedite handling, it occurs to me that after Mr. Bracken has supplied the necessary information in paragraphs 11 and 12 of theform, and signed it,that he should forward it to Mr. Bennett at Los Angeles with the request that Mr. Bennett handle the application with the Wage and Hour Division there.
