Regular monthly meeting of the Board of Directors, Las Vegas Land and Water Company, was held In' the Company’s principal office, in the Union Pacific Building, *+22 West Sixth Street, Los Angeles, California, at 11:00 A. M., Tuesday, December 15, 196*+* Present: P . J . Payne F. L. Morgan T. E. Hammill W. B. Groome Absent: A. E. Stoddard Edward C. Renwick Vice President Payne called the meeting to order and presided. Minutes of meeting of the Board of Directors held November 10, 196*+, were read and approved. Following Authority for Expenditure Request, approved by the President, was submitted for ratification: W. 0. No. 13, issued November 30, 196*+, retirement of a tract of land being portion of Blocks 23-36, Tract No 13*+3» and part of vacated Lomitas Avenue in Handorf Industrial District, comprising 5*3 acres, in City of Industry, California, sold to Western Lead Products Co. by Deed Audit L. S. No. 60*+2, in consummation of exercise of option to purchase agreement C. A. No. 1085*+ dated March 23, 1959» sale assented to by Union Pacific Railroad Executive Committee August 18, 196*+.
