Various ovpers have seen conveyed parcels in this area together with easements for/road purposes over these proposed streets to Charleston Boulevard. The title to these strips remains vested in«feekwollenz ien and A1 Wendelboe subject to the easements so granted for road purposes. We are proceeding with the examination to I complete the necessary certificates requested in the letter from C. M.l Bates dated April 30, 1953, and will furnish these certificates to your office a^the/earliest possible date. This report is based upon inforsatic we believe to be correct.
