Las Vegas Land and Water Company Original Sheet PSCN He. 10 V For all connections over 2n or connections requiring extension of service line of any diameter from main to property line in excess of 50 feet, applicant shall pay the actual cost of.labor and materials, plus 10$ for supervision and overhead, of in­stalling the connection and service line extending from main to property line. Applicant shall pay the above charges, or the estimated cost of such connections,, in advance. 9. New Extensions - Whenever an application for water service is received which will require the Company to extend its water mains more than 50 feet, exclusive of the service pipe of each customer to be served, the applicant shall enter into a con­tract to advance sufficient money to cover the cost of making such extension. The amount advanced shall be refunded quarterly to the applicant advancing the same at the rate of 35$ of the revenue re­ceived by the Company from customers whose service lines connect with such extension for a period of ten years from date of completion of such extension, or until the full amount of the advance has been refunded, whichever occurs first. 10. Unsafe Apparatus - The Company shall have the right of refusing to or of ceasing to deliver water to a consumer if any part of the consumer’s service appliances or apparatus shall at any time be unsafe, or if the utilization of water by means thereof shall be prohibited or forbidden under the authority of any law or muni- cipal ordinance or regulation (until such law, ordinance or regula-. , tion shall be declared invalid by a Court of competent jurisdiction), Issued by Wm.
