Thereupon the Clerk presented the application of Albert James for a Gaming License in the City of Las Vegas, said application having heretofore been approved by Police add Fire Commissioner Hodgens, and it was the order of the Board upon motion of Commissioner Hodgens, seconded by Commissioner Arnold, and duly carried that said license be granted to said applicant. Voting Commissioners Hodgens, Arnold, Gorton, and His Honor the Mayor Pro Tem Dentner Aye. Noes, none. Thereupon the Clerk presented to the Board the application of G. An extended discussion was had upon this matter by the commissioners present and it was decided that the City Attorney be directed to consult with Mr. W.R. Bracken, Agent for the Las Vegas Land and Water Company at Las Vegas, with regard to eliminating from the deed the clause which requires that a fair be held on these
