    Notice
    We the undersigned [not legible] of El Dorado [not legible] Mining District State of Nevada and citizens of the United States of America. Do this day locate and claim 1500 linear feet by six hundred feet in [not legible] forming we [not legible], as follows.
    Beginning at the discovery stake and claiming therefore 750 feet on an easterly and 750 feet in a westerly direction on this the West Point Silver and Gold lode of mineral [not legible] rock in place. To a monument, thence from wash end monument Southerly a distance of there hundred feet, thence Easterly a distance of 1500 feet thence northerly to end monument 300 feet continuing on 300 feet to monument, thence westerly a distance of 1500 feet, thence southerly a distance of 300 feet to the place of beginning.
