Penn Livingston w h o made a report o n h i s survey of the underground water situation in Las Togas Talley, neither of these w e n t into detail in the m a t t e r as have Mr. Reinhardt and Mr. Greene. F r o m Mr. Greene's letter October 9 t h to Mr. Reinhardt, it was our impression that this w a s to be c o n s i d e r e d a preliminary report, a n d that thorough cons i d e r a t i o n would b e g i v e n eaoh of the r e c o mmendations b e f o r e c o m m e n c i n g a g e n e r a l urogram of improvements as outlined therein. However, in telephone c o n v e rsation w i t h our Los Angeles offices yesterday, I am advised that d a t a has b e e n requested for p r e p a ration of work order, and this is also referred to in Mr. Strong's telegram 8-266 of October 37th, o o p y to Mr. Ashby.
