Statement of physical changes in railroad owned facilities west of the traok at Las Vegas during 1952 together with statement of cost. If actual cost figures are not avail­able please furnish estimated cost. It is noted that the monthly reports of water consumption at Las Vegas during the year 1952 did not In­clude water wasted during the periods that work was being performed at Various facilities, particularly the testing of the various wells during the latter p&rt of the year, the cleaning of settling basins and the chlorination of pipe lines, springs, etcetera. AS the State Engineer has requested advice as to the amount of water watted incident to the above operations I believe it is advisable that the report to the Commission also include such information.
