Reinhardts Howard and Bassett who recently completed about 100 houses In the Churoh and Hoblltt Additions near Stewart and IBth Sheets have now incorporated under the name of Southrldge development Company* and the corporation requests extension of water mains into Southrldge Addition which is located Just south of Huntridga* between 10th and Maryland Parkway* X enclose prints showing proposed looation of water mains and estimate of oost which you will note amounts to 132*170* For their convenience in financing they request the first extension be made in Howard drive only, and as soon as finances are available from the houses cons trusted on Howard Drive they .will be prepared to proceed with the balance of their project, I enclose separate prints showing the proposed extension in Tract 1, I suggest that we ask for one Work Order authority to cover the entire project and after this Is received we a&n draw up two separate contracts Covering the two separate extensions* If you oonour will you kindly request Work Order authority# A.
