received by the Company from customers whose service lines con­nect with such extension for a period of ten years from date of completion of such extension, or until the full amount of the advance has been refunded, whichever occurs first. 10o Unsafe Apparatus - The Company shall have the right of refusing to or of ceasing to deliver water to a consumer if any part of the consumer’s service appliances or apparatus shall at any time be unsafe, or if the utilization of water by means thereof shall be prohibited or forbidden ?under the authority of any law or municipal ordinance or regulation (until such law, ordinance or regulation shall be declared invalid by a Court of competent jurisdiction), and may refuse to serve until the con­sumer shall put such part in good and safe condition and comply with all the laws, ordinances and regulations applicable thereto. The Company does not assume the duty of inspecting the consumer’s service appliances or apparatus or any part thereof and assumes no liability therefor. 11o Use of Improper Apparatus or Appliances - The Com­pany may refuse to furnish water service to consumers using apparatus or appliances, the operation of which will be detri­mental to the water service being furnished by the Company to its other consumers in the immediate vicinity or supplied from the same distribution system, and the Company may refuse to continue furnishing water to any consumer who shall, after being notified by the Company to discontinue the use of water for such water apparatus or appliance, continue to use the same. 12o Wrong Use of Water - No consumer without the Company’s Issued by Wm.
