Las Vegas, Nevada January 16, 1942. Mr. C. B. Saxton, Chairman, Public Service Commission, Carson City, Nevada, Dear Mr, Sexton: This refers to Mr. Bracken's letter of January 5, 1942, addressed to you, and our telephone conversation last week, relative to proposed Contract between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and McNeil Housing Company. In accordance with your suggestion, we have drafted a form of Rule to cover the situation, and I enclose herewith a copy thereof, which is submitted for your considerationi We would like to have your views on this Rule, but if the same is satisfactory as is, we would like to have it go into effect as soon as possible and thereafter approve the McNeil Contract, which comes within the provisions of the Rule.
