    \ LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY RESOLUTION Challenge-Cook Bros* Inc* 717 On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Bailey in executing letter agreement C* L. D. 15331, dated December 13, 1965, with M. C. Nottingham Company of Southern California, to furnish all supervision, labor, materials, etc, to construct approximately 1784 linear feet of 15" sewer pipeline, together with 260 linear feet of 10” sewer pipeline, as well as other work in the area easterly from Turnbull Canyon Road in City of Industry, California, at an estimated cost of $29,969,00, work to be done to the satis­faction of Chief Engineer or his authorized representative; contractor to indemnify and save harmless the Land Company against liability for loss, cost, claims and damages because of injury to or death of persons, and damage to or destruction of property; partial payment to be made on basis of estimate of work performed during preceding calendar month; Land Company to retain ten per cent(10%) until work is completed and accepted; contract to be effective November 26, 1965 and work to be completed approximately 90 days thereafter, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed* Adopted _____________
