I agree.July 19, 1967 Dear Tom and Henry, X trust by now you have received the carton of brochures and 15 of the show cards announcing the Sands 2nd Annual Bridge Tournament to be held October 26-29. These were shipped to you by Garret Freight Line froai las Vegas on Wednesday, the 19th* Would you please fill the "take-one?ǥ bene on the show card with brochures and place several around the office for visitors. Please hold the unused balance of the cards, as from time to time Hr. Waterman or X will advise you where to send one in your city along with a supply of brochures. X am enclosing a copy of the sd which will be running in the San Francisco Chronicle and Examiner on September 6 18 and 26. Please note that the ed cells for the coupon to be sent to Hr* Waterman here at the Smote end we will seed the requested brochures. However, since your telephone number is in the ed - and also in the September 12th and 16th ed running in the Wall Street Journal - you should be receiving direct cells for information or brochures* X would very much appreciate your keeping a record of the name and address of may- one who requests a brochure, so we can include It in our total count of ad inquiries received mod also for our mailing list next year for the third tournament.
