HOUSING AUTHORITY City Manager Kennedy advised that the options for the Housing Authority to purchase City land Options for Sale in the, vicinity of 28th Street and Charleston Boulevard have been prepared and requested of Land; 28th & authorization for the Mayor and City Clerk to sign same. Charleston Commissioner Whipple moved that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign the options for Approved the Housing Authority to purchase City land in the vicinity of 28th Street and Charleston Boulevard. Motion seconded by Commissioner Fountain and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Fountain, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Sharp passed his vote by reason that his firm is engaged as architect for the Housing Authority. -oOo- There being no further business to come before the Board, at the hour of 10:4$ p.m. Commissioner Sharp moved this meeting be adjourned.
