DITCH REMOVAL Kaltenborn & Honrath A letter from G. William Coulthard representing Messrs. Robert J. Kaltenborn and Earl Honrath, requesting that the City remove a ditch that crosses their property near the sewage disposal plant, was considered. Commissioner Sharp moved that this matter be referred to the City Attorney. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Jarrett. There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, Commissioner Bunker moved that the meeting recess until March 3, 1955 at 4:00 P.M. in the Mayor's Office. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Jarrett.
