Commissioner Sharp moved the gaming application of Johnie Lane and T. E. Nave, with the addition of Mr. Nave as partner, all 5 North 1st for one race book, be approved for the second quarter of 1954. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. There being no further business to come before the meeting, Commissioner Jarrett moved this meeting adjourn.
