Water required in the construction work is to be obtained from your present pipe lin e adjac&nt to the proposed work, the only cost o f the same to be the cost o f making the necessary con­nections , (C u tting a No. 10 g. c o lla r on the pipe wherever we tap the same) , I t is contemplated that 9000 l i n . f t . o f 16n v i t r i f i e d pipe are to be la id , 6000 l i n . f t . o f which are to embedded in concretq the top o f the concrete being approximately taffgial' inches below the ground surface
