Ho. 1131*2, LA&SL Contract Audit No. 10682, covering sale of water facilities at Las Vegas, Nevada. struction of a 30" pipe line parallel to existing 16” pipe line in 20 ft, wide easement between points K and M shown by red line on Exhibit *A" print. Present plans of the District call for a 30" pipe line to be constructed in 15 ft, easement and salvaging the existing 16” line, the District to quitclaim to LA&SLRRCo. the 20 ft. wide easement and LA&SL to grant the District 15 foot wide easement on new alignment. this change, and I am accordingly enclosing duplicate originals and 3 extra copies identified as C.L.D. Ho* 1131*2—1 dated December li*, 1951*, which provides for relinquishing by the District of a water pipe line easement and granting by Railroads of 2 easements In lieu thereof. copies of C.L.D. Ho. 1131*2-2 - proposed Grant of 2 Easements for water pipe lines by LA&SL—'0PRR to the District* the District and I recommend similar action on behalf of the Railroad Companies, and the Las Vegas Land and Water Company. Our Law Department advises these documents may be executed by the President or authorised Vice President of the LA&SL-UPRR and Las Vegas Land and Water Company pursuant to resolution authorising the execution of the original sale agreement C.L.D.
