Confirming our subsequent telephone conversation I have secured from Mr. P ahor and attach hereto: Bill of Sale HLD 2525-1 conveying to Water Company, title to the existing 6* steel water line, executed by S.M.Pahor and S.M.Pahor Attorney-In-Fact. A Power of Attorney executed by the interested property owners authorising S.M.Pahor to act on their behalf in the negotiating of a contract with the Water Company for the furnishing of water and to receive for their benefit all moneys to b© repaid toy the Water Company* A Quit Claim Deed by which the City of Las Vegas con­veys to the Las Vegas Land and Water Company all Its title and Interest in and to the existing 6* steal pipe line. Duplicate originals of agreement NLD 2525 dated Novem­ber 15, 1951 with Mr. Pahor covering the conveyance toy Mr. Pahor to the Water Company, all existing pipe lines, constructed by the Water Company of a connection to Its existing main, payment of $1310 by Mr. Pahor to cover the cost of constructing said connection and providing for refund to Mr. Pahor of 35$ of the water revenue pursuant to Nevada Public Service Commission Rule 9.
