Folger, I have prepared and transmit herewith duplicate originals and two extra copies of proposed Agreement "N"L.D. 2017, between LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY and D.B. WOODY, an individual, covering extension of water main into his tract in the l^th Street Addition, Las Vegas, Nevada. If said agreement meets with your approval, will you pleaee approve as to form and forward to Mr. Strong for further handling. I also enclose herewith extra copy of agreement for your files.
