V On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing the following riders, dated December 3, 1940; C. L. D. No. 3381, terminating as of November 30, 1940, Contract Audit No, 6787, dated July 31, 1928, expiring December 31, 1940, between Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company and A. Meyers, an in­dividual doing business under the fictitious firm name and style of Western Transportation Company, with place of business at 317 North Myers Street, Los Angeles, California (assigned February 25, 1932 to LVL&WCo.), covering lease of premises for use as garage; and C. L. D. No. 3382, terminating as of November 30, 1940, Contract Audit No. 6787-1, dated December 1, 1930, expiring December 31, 1940, between Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company and A. Meyers, an individual doing business under the fictitious firm name and style of Western Transportation Com­pany, with place of business at 317 North Myers Street, Los Angeles, California (assigned February 25, 1932 to LVL&WCo.), covering lease of premises for use as garage; total rental consideration f.148.62 per month; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing letter-agreement, dated December 3, 1940, ad­dressed to Crown Packing Company and Union Ice Company, Los Angeles, California, making applicable for period from June 1, 1940, to November 30, 1941, the terms and conditions of letter-agreement (Audit No. 10052-1, dated January 18, 1940) between said parties, relating to the installation and removal of certain icing equipment in that portion of Vegetable Shed No. 3, Los Angeles, California, leased to Crown Packing Company, said period being the term of new - 8-
