Ritter: Referring to Mr. Hanson's D-587 attached to your file 7334 which I am returning herewith, as you know we are negotiating with the Las Vegas Valley Water District to purchase our facilities. In the event the purchase is consummated we would then be able to divest ourselves from serving the industries along Main Street. However, until that sale is consummated, I do not see how we can very well refuse to furnish water to Mr. Cashman, since we are furnishing water to neighbors on all sides. EEB:JL E . E . Bennett
