Naval Reserve Train­ing Center, has Vegas. The Navy has submitted for our acceptance the attached Change Order *8* dated November 9, 1951 to supplement the present contract, and which provides the Government may terminate the contract and seek damages In event, after hearing It is determined that fatuities were offered or given to any officer or employe of the Government Incident to the awarding of, or performance under the agreement as the rates paid by the Government under the agreement are the same as those established by the Nevada Public Service Commission for similar facilities. 1 see no objection to the proposed Change Order #B*. Following recent rate increase we advised the Navy of the new rates and attached is Change Order *G* the agreement to provide for payment of the increased rates effective September 1, 1951. I recommend acceptance of the Change Order and if you concur will you please sign and return the original two copies of each of the documents for delivery to the Navy. W. H. Johnson
