R San franeiseo 4, California APR 27 195 Bear Roy: Z bare discussed with Mr. Reinhardt your recent letter relating to 1951 revenue estimate from rate spread of tbe las Yegas land and Water Company and it bee been decided that we will not file a schedule increasing any rates at this time* At tbe bearing we will suggest tbe revised motel rates to tbe Com­mission and allow tbe new motel rates to go into effeot with all other rates when tbe ease is deeided* At a suitable time X think Mr. Bertolacoi should pre­pare an exhibit for introduotion at tbe next hearing based upon the revised estimate of revenues which can be expeoted from the preposed rates with the motel change.
