I agree.Los Angeles, California. April 4, 1929. Mr. P. H. Knickerbocker: No doubt the Industries, or certain of them at least, occupying Railroad ground at Las Vegas, will want fire protection. The form of contract heretofore submitted covering on water for domestic uses, can be framed so as to cover the provisions (a),(b),(c),and(d) suggested in Mr. Strong's letter of April 3rd. These provisions applicable to fire protection, will not, in my judgment, affect the approval of the contract by the Public Service Commission of Nevada. Am returning you the file. O.BC.T5.
