The letters are tactless and rude and are creating ill-will for the department and Nevada. Rod's committee, in a very nice way, pointed out the inconsistency of the state’s policy. FISH & GAME — Nevada and Arizona Fish and Game Commissions met in Boulder City to decide what to do about the over-population of carp in Lake Mead.
