I agree.Las Vegas - November X, 1938 W-30 Mr, Leo A* MeNamea General Attorney Las Vegas, Nevada Dear Sirs . - , \- Referring to the proposed increase in'license rate for the later Company and Rooming House-at Las Vegas, Prior to passage of this ordinance we received the usual notice from the City Clerk with regard to payment of fourth quarter license* This was promptly vouohered and forwarded to the Auditor at Omaha who sent a check for the usual amount to the City Clerk of Las Vegas, I am advised by wire that this check was rejected by the City and returned to Omaha. It is our understanding that the deadline for payment of licenses has now been advanced to November 15th. Prior to that date will you kindly let me have your advice with regard to what further action should be taken by us in this matter.
