LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY RESOLUTION 1 - 700 Eckdahl 2^0 N. Myers On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, th a t the action of Vice President Payne in executing agreement C.L. D. No. lij.812 dated May 16, 1961l between LA&SLRR and Eokdabl Warehouse Company, a California corporation, covering lease for warehouse and distribution purposes of premises at 25>0 North Myers Street, Los Angeles, California, for term beginning April 10, 196i| and extending to and including April 9, 1969 at rate of $>lj.98.8ij. per month, payable monthly in advance, plus any additional rental required under other provisions of the lease, Lessor to pay taxes on the leased premises and upon any buildings and improvements thereon, lease being terminable by either party on thirty days written notice, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
