Maag - Las Vegas ) As requested in your letter of March 18, 195^* file 80-11, I have collaborated with Mr. Maag and am attaching list of documents which will, in my opinion, he required under Exhibit 0 of Agreement with Water District. Please note that Pages 1 through 10 of the attached list covers easements granted to the Water Company; that Page 11 contains easements that were reserved by the Water Company in conveyances to outside parties; that Page 12 lists the quitclaims of water systems ».nd the assignments of pipe line permits to the Water Company. Eor your information, license referred to in Mr. Maag’s letter of March 25th, "H"L.D. 2?22* Audit Ho. 10696, is also carried as Contract Audit Ho. A-73080. I am unable to locate any leases, which could be included within the requirements of Exhibit G- of the basic agreement.
