I agree.by the following vote. Commissioners Clark, Rubidoux, Smith, Tinch and His Honor voting aye. Noes, none. Commissioner Rubidoux moved that the claim of McQuay Supply for the return of $100 cash bond of Mr. H. Brockmiller be granted. Motion seconded by Commissioner Smith. After the question Mr. Rubidoux and Mr. Smith withdrew their motion and second pending investigation as to whether or not Mr. Brockmiller had surviving heirs. Commissioner Rubidoux moved that this meeting adjourn until August 17th, 1942 at the hour of 7:30 P.M., Motion seconded by Commissioner Smith and carried by the following vote.
