No. 10 (W. 0. #409); issued Oct. 24, 1940; Vernon, California; construct warehouse and office building at Leonis Blvd. and Boyle Avenue, for lease to General Motors Sales Corporation. Total estimated expenditure $80,185, chargeable to Invest­ment. Whereupon, on motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President in approving the aforementioned A. F. E.
