On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President and Asst. Secretary Bachman in executing LVL&WCo. L. S. Deed Audit 5180 ("Nf,L»D. 2591), dated August 4, 1952, conveying to Presiding Bishopric of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints a parcel of land containing 12.060 acres, at Las Vegas, Nevada, subject to: (a) The flow of the waters of Las Vegas Creek; (b) State, County and City taxes for the year 1952; (c) An unrecorded license, dated July 1, 1947, from Las Vegas Land and Water Company to Southern Nevada Power Company, to construct, maintain and operate a pole line for electric power across the property thereby conveyed; (d) Conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements and encumbrances of record; excepting and reserving to LVL&WCo., its successors, grantees or assigns; First* All minerals and all mineral rights, including oil and gas and rights thereto, without right of entry; Second: All water and water rights appurtenant to the lands thereby conveyed; Third; An 8-inch water main and an easement for said water main together with the right to enter upon the property thereby conveyed for the purpose of maintaining, repairing, renewing or removing said water main; Fourth; An existing water well situated in and on the property thereby conveyed; Fifth; An easement for the operation of and access to said water well, together with the right to enter upon the property thereby conveyed for the purpose of maintaining, repairing, renewing or reconstructing said well, or making such changes or alterations as may be deemed necessary to said water well; 3
