Smith - Los Angeles) Please refer to your letter of March 8, file 80-11, regarding Mr. Smith’s letter of March 6, his file 33^» relative to completion of work required to be done t y Las Vegas Valley Water District under an outstanding contract. between points A and V. / The easement for this pipe line is covered in UPHR Audit 80405, C.L.D.VJL1342 on page 8 as (k-10). The easement is further referred to as #1 of Easement Strip 10 in Exhibit MF" of said contract. This easeraentTwas^conveyed~to Las" Vegai~Valley Water District b y Grant of Easement dated June 1, 1954 and identified as LA&SL Deed Audit No. 5352. The easement is described in this grant as being #1 of Easement Strip 9 Renshaw, Engineer and Manager of Las Vegas Valley Water District. Mr. Renshaw now advises us that the pipe line mentioned in explanation under paragraph (h) on page 2, and the pipe mentioned in first explanatory paragraph under paragraph (3) on page 3 of Mr. Smith's letter, have now been removed. I assume that you will handled Mr. Renshaw* s request as to the release of the Relocation Fund.
