    ~v ' -u Ir (b) Remove from the premises of the Union Pacific the 24-inch cast iron pipe line and the 16-inch transite and east iron pipe line^shown in broken red and black lines on said Exhibit H r and re­store the surface of the lands to the condition existing prior to such removal* (c) Remove the pumping station now located at point HH. The District shall have the right to relocate said pumping station in a new location shown in solid green square on Exhibit near point R* Section 3* In the event the District shall not have commenced to construct the new pipe lines and removed the said existing pipe lines and pumping station as provided in Section 2 hereof within two years from the sale date and shall not have two (2) years and completed said work withifi/ten (1©) months subsequent to the sale date, Union Pacific, after having given the District sixty (60) days1 notice in writing of its intention so to do, shall have the right (a) to construct an adequate pipe line of a capacity equal to or exceeding that of the exist­ing 24-inch east iron pipe line and 16-ineh trans­ite and cast iron pipe line shown on said Exhibit . by broken black and red lines and of a type and size t© be mutually agreed upon; and in the event the parties eannot agree upon the character of said proposed pipe line within ninety (9©) days after said written notice, the same shall be constructed by Union Pacific of 39-inch cast iron or pipe of a similar character. Said proposed pipe line shall be constructed in the location shown in broken red A and V and and white line between points marked/V and K on said Exhibit *»A&? K*
