Folger, General Manager- *4-01 South Second Street Las Vegas, Nevada Dear Sir: Reference is made to our letter of March 17th, relative to acquisition of right of way across a protlon of your proaa’ty on North Main Street. In accordance with our conversation, I have prepared an agreement berween the Las Vegas Land and Water Company and A. E. Cahlan with the State of Nevada to grant right of way from parcel one, as dhown on the enclosed sketch. Said agreement has been executed by Mr. Cahlan. Parcel two, as shown on the enclosed sketch is, as you know owne entirely by Las Vegas Land and Water Company so we are enclosing two copies of a deed which you may execute to cover that portion of the transaction. The right of way consideration for parcel two, Is #384.00 which together with the consideration of #85*00 for parcel one totals the #469.00 as stated in our letter of March 17th. Now in summation of the above, we are enclosing three copies of said agreement, the original and one of which you may execute and return to this office at your convenience. We are also enclosing two copies of a deed to parcel two of whiGh you may execute the original and return. Also enclosed are two copies of a map which delineating parcel two, and one copy of a map delineating parcel one. The m$ps and octra copies are for your files.
