For your information, under work order authority, President*s Ho*318, authority was granted to co wer the purchase of one new Chevrolet sedan, Motor Ho, 3835605, Serial Ho* 6 CA-08 30738, in replacement of 1927 Buick sedan, Motor Hp* 1881214, Serial Ho* 1812819, these cars being under juriedictionof Walter Bracken of LasVegas Land and Water Company at Las Vegas, Nevada. The old Buick was turned in as part payment on the new Chevrolet, the deal being handled in September, 1933. R. L. Adamson
