A Parshall flume with recorder will he installed as soon as It arrives to measure the flow down Las Vegas Creek from our reservoir, W@ will, of course, cooperate closely with the State Engineer and the recordings may enable us to re­arrange hours of attendant at reservoir to keep the over­flow at a minimum.
