The Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas do ordain as follows: SECTION 1. Fifth Street: (a) From the south city boundary to Charleston Boulevard, ten (10) feet from the street line or fifty (50) feet from the center line on each side thereof. (c) From Garces Street to Stewart Street, three (3) feet from the street line or forty-three (43) feet from the center line on each side thereof. (d) From Stewart Street to the North City Boundary, ten (10) feet from the street line or fifty (50) feet from the center line on each side thereof. SECTION 2. Paragraph 4, Section 26, Chapter 24, Code of Las Vegas, Nevada, 1949, Page 419, is hereby amended to read as follows: 4. (b) From a point seven hundred (700) feet east of the North and South centerline of Section 28, Township 20 South, Range 61 East, M.D.B.&M., as set forth in Sections 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19, Chapter 24, Code of Las Vegas, Nevada, 19h9, as amended. SECTION I;. Paragraph 6, Section 26, Code of Las Vegas, Nevada, 19ll9, page ip.9, is hereby amended to read as follows: 6. Maryland Parkway (Twelfth Street): (a) From Charleston Boulevard to the south property line of the Kelso-Turner housing project, fifty (50) feet from the present center line on each side thereof. (b) From the south line of Section 26, T20S, R61E, M.D.B.&M., to the north line of said Section 26, fifty (50) feet from the north-south one-quarter (¼) line on each side thereof. SECTION 5. All ordinances or parts of ordinances, in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
