PLUMBERS EXAMINING BOARD PLUMBERS BOARD APPOINTMENT Zaugg Tract 6. Sidewalk Program "Downtown Area" 7. Weed Clean Up Commissioner Whipple moved that the City Commission having heretofore held a Public Hearing on the request of interested persons on certain charges against the Plumbers Examining Board consisting of unfairness and refusal to issue licenses, to qualified persons, and the Board having considered all evidence presented to it by the persons asking for the Hearing finds that the charges were not substantiated as alleged, and fairly and in the best interest of the Public. Motion seconded by Commissioner Peccole and carried by the following vote; Commissioners Jarrett, Whipple, Peccole and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Bunker. Commissioner Peccole moved the following persons be appointed to the Plumbers Examining Board for the terms specified: PLUMBING EXAMINATION BOARD Jack Hynds Ruben Cohen E.P. The City Attorney requested instructions regarding the opening of "A " Street more sp e c ific a lly the case of the City vs W erner-Griffith et a l on the condem­nation of th is property as requested by the Board of Commissioners. After discussion i t was determined that the City Attorney should proceed with condemnation proceedings fo r A Street rather than to agree to complete improve­ments in exchange fo r land. There being no further business to come before the Board at th is time; Commissioner Whipple moved th is meeting adjourn u n til January 13, 1953 at 7:30 P.M.
