I Las Vegas Laud and Water Company, applicant in the shove-entitled matter, hereby amends Section II of its origi­nal application in the above-entitled matter, as heretofore amended, to read aa follows: "X I "That applicant requests authority of your Honor­able Body to supplement and amend its Rules and Regula­tions by adding thereto the following numbered Rule: 'Rule No. 0.5 Ms) The Company will make no extensions of its mal ns to provide water service in areas of the City of Las Vegas not thoretofore served by water mains of the Company subsequent to Septem­ber 15> 1951t unless a contract for such exten­sion of mains under the existing rules of the Company shall have been entered into prior to September 15* 1951. Mb) The Company will make no new connec­tions for water service to any domestic, com­mercial or industrial establishment after Sep­tember 15, 1951, unless application for such connection shall have been made to the Company prior to September 15, 1951.
