Campbell, President of Las Vegas Valley Water District, and a reply received, dated May 31* 1956, from Mr. Renahaw of the Water District, In which the Water District agreed to quitclaim the easement between points "A** and "Vn of Agreement with the Water District, dated June 1, 1953* covering the sale of the water production and distribution system at Las Vegas to the Water District.
