If the above proposal Is aatiafaotory to you and If in view of the above mentioned hearing it is still your dssire that we secure necessary authority and assemble materials, so that the Installation may be commenced as soon as possible after the fubllo Service Commissions* order is issued X will, upon receipt of your approval together with your check in the amount of $37,160.00, request authority for the construction of the water mains. Each of the above estimates include a contingency item of 1ii which is to cover any unforeseen increase in material and other costs. Our contract will provide that if actual costs of the work shall be less than your deposit, such excess amount will be relhnded to you. In the event, however, that the actual cost should exceed the amount of your deposit, you will, upon receipt of bill, reimburse the Water Company for such additional cost.
