^ payment by Purchaser to Land Company of the sum of $500, the time within which said Purchaser must exercise said option and time for performance by either party of any obligation contained in said agreement of May 11, 1943, was extended for a further period of thirty days, or until August 9, 1943; and WHEREAS, said parties desire to further extend the term of said option; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Ashby and Secretary in executing agreement C.L.D. No. 5176, dated August 12, 1943, between said parties, extending the time within which to exercise said option for a period of sixty days from July 10, 1943, or until September 8, 1943, with the further right, prior to expiration of said sixty-day period, and upon payment by Purchaser of an additional sum of $500, to extend said option for a further period of thirty days, or until October 8, 1943, be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Ashby and Assistant Secretary RigdOn in executing agreement, C.A. No. 10250, dated September 1, 1943, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Lessor, and Willie T. Stewart, Lessee, covering lease of Las Vegas Ranch, located in Las Vegas, Nevada, for term commencing September 1, 1943, and ending August 31, 1953; rental $4,000.00 per year, payable $333.33 on September 1, 1943, and $333.33 on the 1st day of each and every month thereafter during the term of said lease; subject to termination by either party upon not less than six months' written notice; be, -4*t
