Upon the acceptance of a proposal, all appropriate blanks will be filled and suitable changes made in the form and text of the Official Statement in accordance with the terms and conditions of such accepted proposal. All matter appearing in red hereon will be omitted, and the document as so modified will be adopted by resolution of the Board of Directors as an Official Statement. Copies of such Official Statement will be furnished to the successful bidder in accordance with the resolution authorizing the invitation of bids for the purchase of the bonds and the bid of the successful bidder. The date of this Official Statement is A p r i l 1954.
